Cool place good vibes great foods, lots of favor
I ordered the Thai green curry with chicken and it was pretty good. It arrived very quickly and the staff were also friendly and informative. I was provided with a Happy Hour Specials menu also which I may try some of the items on in the future. The only criticism I can make is that the curry wasn't anywhere near as spicy as you would get from a restaurant in Thailand, and so maybe they could offer differing levels of spiciness to suit each customer. Other than that, a very positive experience.
I adore this restaurant because of the excellent service and delicious food. Their juices were Also on point. Would return without a doubt.
Interesting restaurant to visit in Masaki. It has 2 different areas (indoor & outdoor). The environment was good, food was nice and service was excellent. There is happy hour from 3pm to 6pm. It gets a bit noisy but is a good place to pass by and enjoy some drinks and food. The experience was great
I’m speechless they have me locked forever. The food was very delicious, frankly speaking I highly recommend this place. The owner was very generous as the place was very full and he still got us the seats.
What an amazing experience, this experience makes me want to return to Tanzania in a heartbeat, the food was amazing the taste, spice, flavours everything was perfect. The aesthetics of the place was so welcoming, the drinks was out of this world, I could not decide which was my favourite, the atmosphere everything was 10/10. Please check it out
The best butter chicken I've ever had. I can't explain it, you need to try it. Service and ambiance on point ❤️ loved it.
Always a great meal at Lock and Barrel. The Cilantro and Lime Fish was bursting with fresh and light flavor, which accompanied perfectly with Daal, Masala Potatoes and Rice. You can’t go wrong with the Prawn Fajitas, sizzling hot with homemade tortillas, so yummy!
Another amazing dinner...we have been here several times, and the experience has always been great. Every dish was just spot on—each one somehow better than the last. The service was flawless too. And Nicholas… polished, friendly, and professional.
One of the best restaurants in Dar es Salaam, if not the very best one! Everything is exceptional here. The food is amazing. The staff are very friendly and do their job extremely well. The place is done in a tru American style. While sitting there you will definitely forget that you are in Africa at the moment. A must to visit place. Will come back again and again in future!!!
